We want you to love your hair journey with XMONDO, but if a product isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
